Bitcoin Holds Near $84K Amid Strong ETF Inflows and Cautious Market Sentiment
Bitcoin continues its recovery trend, trading near $84,000 on Thursday. The cryptocurrency has been bolstered by strong ETF inflows in September, according to Vikram Subburaj, CEO of Giottus.
The US spot Bitcoin ETFs saw significant inflows throughout the month, supporting the crypto's price recovery. However, spot demand has moderated in recent sessions, keeping the upside measured.
Avinash Shekhar, Co-Founder & CEO of Pi42, noted that Bitcoin started October on a positive note, trading around $85,000 after softer US inflation data improved sentiment across risk assets.
The global crypto market capitalization was up 0.32% to $2.87 trillion, according to Coinmarket cap data.
