Bitcoin Holds Steady Amid Corporate Sell-Offs and Mining Pool Bankruptcy

The Bitcoin price has remained relatively stable near $65,000 despite a week of significant events in the cryptocurrency market.

Certainly not helping sentiment are corporate treasury sell-offs, where companies like Satsuma Technology and Smarter Web Company have decided to reduce their Bitcoin holdings or restructure their finances due to declining share prices and difficulties raising fresh capital.

Strategy, which holds the most Bitcoins, has sold stocks in recent weeks to increase its cash reserves to $3.2 billion after not purchasing any new BTC for four weeks.

The shift away from accumulating Bitcoin comes as the cryptocurrency remains 48.4% below its all-time high of $126,080 recorded in October 2025.
