Bitcoin Holds Steady at $83,100 as ZEC Drops 12%
Bitcoin has held steady at just above $83,100 as of Tuesday's Asian morning hours, testing the lower boundary of last week's consolidation range. The price movement comes as the 10-year Treasury yield touches its highest level since 2007.
ZEC has dropped 12% to around $1,380, with SOL and HYPE each losing between 3% and 4%. DOGE fell 3%, BNB lost 2%, while XRP dropped nearly 2%. Ether and TRX remain flat.
A widely watched crypto sentiment index stood at 74 out of 100 on Monday, just short of the 'extreme greed' zone. FxPro's chief market analyst Alex Kuptsikevich notes that a retest of the $82K region is expected under current conditions.
