Bitcoin Lags in Risk Asset Surge as Iran Peace Deal Boosts Stocks

Economist Peter Schiff observed that hopes for an Iran peace deal boosted risk assets and stocks, but had little effect on Bitcoin's price. 'The Bitcoin Party Is Over,' he said.

The ongoing 'peace-inspired mega-rally' saw minimal gains in Bitcoin, while the stock market surged. According to Schiff, this relative stagnation is a warning sign for Bitcoin's prospects during the next risk-asset selloff.

Crypto chartist Ali Martinez identified $64,300 as a critical level for BTC's bullish confirmation, which could open the door to $66,500. However, if the CLARITY Act is delayed and fails to pass this week in the Senate, it could cap Bitcoin's upside.
