Bitcoin Leads Institutional Charge as AI Crypto Boom Fades
The AI crypto boom is cooling down as investors seek more substantial assets.
The initial rush behind AI crypto was fueled by novelty and hype, with many projects having little to do with either artificial intelligence or blockchain technology. As a result, prices skyrocketed, but adoption did not keep pace, leaving investors to realize that not every proto-AI token would thrive.
With profit-taking across the sector causing short-term selling pressure, especially for tokens close to major unlocks, the broader market is looking elsewhere. Investors are now focusing on more substantive assets, such as tokenization, stablecoins, payments, and institutional adoption of Bitcoin.
