Bitcoin May Be Entering Early Bull Cycle, Analytics Firm Warns
Analytics firm The DeFi Report believes that Bitcoin may be entering an early bull cycle. According to its analysis, this phase typically lasts between 9 and 12 months, with speculative activity increasing before attracting broader investor attention.
The platform identifies several indicators of the early bull phase, including rising Bitcoin dominance from its lows, a return of new users, increased DeFi incentives and marketing spending, and the launch of new projects. The report also notes that establishing support around the 50-week moving average at approximately $80,000 would be a critical confirmation for this phase.
The second phase, known as 'wealth creation,' is expected to see a more pronounced rise in Bitcoin, increased interest from mainstream media, and an accelerated influx of new investors. During this period, demand for DeFi loans, leverage usage, stablecoin supply, and on-chain activity are expected to increase.
