Olenox Industries, an energy firm that recently pivoted to off-grid Bitcoin mining, is facing a significant financial challenge. In its quarterly filing on August 19, the company revealed a capital deficit of approximately $22.9 million. This shortage raises concerns about Olenox's ability to continue operating as a going concern.

The company acquired CS Digital Ventures in May and reported preliminary July production of 15.13 BTC. However, at an August 21 Bitcoin spot price of $76,371.25, the output had a gross value of around $1.16 million. This figure does not match disclosed revenue or available cash.

Olenox cited summer heat, low-power-mode operation, and normal equipment availability as reasons for its operational performance. The company recorded an average hashrate of 1.02 EH/s, which is equivalent to 64% of the fleet's economic capacity.
