Bitcoin Nears $78K as FIL Hits $1 and BTC Prepares for Crucial Week
Bitcoin's price has started to recover from its recent dip below $77,000 on Sunday. After dropping to around $76,400 yesterday morning, it bounced back up to nearly $78,000 as of press time. This comes ahead of what is expected to be Bitcoin's most important week this year, with the Fed's decision and the voting on the CLARITY Act looming.
Ripple's XRP is trying to break through the $1.40 resistance once again, while ZEC has rebounded past $1,130. In contrast, FIL has surged 25% to $1, making it one of the top performers alongside BTW, which skyrocketed by 36%.
Bitcoin's recent price action has been volatile, with a significant drop on Friday after the release of the CPI data. The cryptocurrency initially dipped from over $77,000 to $76,000 before shooting up to $79,800 within an hour. However, it was rejected at $80,000 once again and returned to its starting point.
