Strive Hits 25,000 BTC Milestone After $36.6 Million Purchase

Strive has expanded its Bitcoin holdings to 25,000 BTC after purchasing an additional 469 coins. The company's treasury now holds a total of 25,000 BTC, with each coin valued at approximately $77,954.

The purchase was funded through proceeds from the Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (SATA), rather than common shares. This approach allows Strive to raise capital without issuing new common stock, which can dilute existing shareholders' ownership percentage.

Strive's Chief Executive Matt Cole noted that the company's amplification ratio has increased to 53.5%. The amplification ratio measures the amount of Bitcoin exposure available to common shareholders compared to the net asset value. A rising ratio indicates that Strive calculates more Bitcoin exposure for common shareholders relative to the net asset value used in its formula.
