Bitcoin Price Consolidates Above $77,992 as ETF Inflows Reach Record Pace
Bitcoin's price remains bullish above $77,992, according to analysis. The cryptocurrency is consolidating within a rising channel established on August 20, with higher lows and higher highs intact.
The channel has an upper boundary near $84,000 and a lower boundary around $75,000. BTC touched $81,233 on August 25 before pulling back through a small descending pattern.
This week's ETF inflows are already at $651.93M in just two days, more than a third of last week's record total of $1.92B. Analyst Ben Cowen notes that there is still a 'good chance' of one more sell-off before year-end, though he would stop being bearish if Bitcoin holds above $60,000 through the rest of 2026 without a further drop.
