Bitcoin Price Forecast Hints at $180,000 by Christmas 2027
The Bitcoin price has been stuck around $79,870 for some time, with daily candle activity barely moving between $79,556 and $80,092. Volume is extremely low at just 7 BTC.
Indicators are not giving a clear signal, making traders hesitant to make a move either way.
The chart shows both bullish and bearish divergence signals, contributing to the current lack of conviction in the market.
Despite this, there are several factors that could push Bitcoin's price higher through 2027, including institutional demand. The US spot Bitcoin ETFs have seen their assets under management rise from $79.84 billion to $99.58 billion in 30 days.
Whales are also accumulating, with data showing wallets with 10-10,000 BTC stacked another 61,568 BTC back in March 2026.
Liquidity is another factor to watch, with the US Treasury potentially buying back over $34 billion of its own debt in September. This could lead to increased liquidity and a positive impact on Bitcoin's price.
