Bitcoin Price Predictions Range from $10K to $300K
Bitcoin's price has been fluctuating wildly over the past seven days, ranging from $76,962 to $81,281 per unit. Market data shows that BTC has risen around 26% against the U.S. dollar in the last month, with August ending on a high note.
In recent weeks, several analysts and market strategists have shared their predictions for Bitcoin's future price. Bernstein lead analyst Gautam Chhugani envisions a price of $125,000 by year-end, with potential tops near $300,000. Standard Chartered's Geoff Kendrick thinks that $100K in 2026 is still plausible, while Arthur Hayes is extremely bullish, predicting prices up to $250,000.
On the other end of the spectrum, Peter Schiff has been calling for a price drop to $10,000 per coin, and Bloomberg Intelligence Senior Commodity Strategist Mike McGlone shares this view. McGlone believes that unless Bitcoin can sustain a move above $69,000, it may signal continued reversion toward $10,000.
Despite the differing predictions, one thing is clear: Bitcoin's price has always been difficult to pin down. As Siebert Financial Senior Portfolio Manager Brian Vieten noted, 'looking ahead, we think the GENIUS Act's expected early 2027 implementation marks the next major adoption catalyst.'
