Bitcoin Price Struggles Above $67,000 Barrier
Bitcoin's price has been struggling to break above the $67,000 barrier, leading to a drop below the $62,000 support. The cryptocurrency's price movement has been confined within a range between the 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) and resistance at the 21-day SMA for the past five days.
The BTC price is being rejected at the 21-day SMA level, which could indicate a potential resumption of its upward trend if it breaks above this barrier. If Bitcoin manages to break through this resistance, it will likely retest its prior high of $67,000.
However, if the largest cryptocurrency loses support at the 50-day SMA, it may fall towards the $60,000 level. Technical indicators suggest a sideways trend, with horizontal moving average lines indicating that Bitcoin's price is stuck between these two levels.
