Bitcoin Price Struggles Amid CLARITY Act Setback, AlphaPepe's Presale Clock Keeps Moving

Bitcoin's price is still trying to recover from the setback caused by the CLARITY Act, which led to large-cap consolidation and risk-off moves. This triggered fresh ETF outflows, pushing BTC towards the mid-$70K zone.

The bullish case for Bitcoin is not dead, but timing is a major issue. The chart has not yet given a clear answer, leading retail investors to look further down the curve. Instead of focusing on whether Bitcoin has value, the question now is whether it can move quickly enough while smaller windows are still open.

AlphaPepe, a digital asset, is moving ahead with its presale clock, with Stage 20 live at $0.03020. So far, over $2.69M has been raised, and more than 11,800 buyers have joined the presale before it closes and the DEX launch takes place in Q1 2027.

The listing price starts from $0.08, giving retail investors an entry point before public price discovery begins. AlphaSwap Auto-Trade registration opens on Saturday, September 19, allowing eligible $ALPE holders to prepare for the beta launch of Claude-powered Auto-Trade features.
