Bitcoin Price Surges Past $84K Amid Renewed ETF Demand
Bitcoin's price surged past $84,000 on Monday as investors continued to show interest in U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs.
The surge came after Fidelity's FBTC captured most of the inflows totaling $324.6 million on September 18.
This marked a reversal from two previous heavy withdrawal sessions where funds recorded outflows of $450.4 million and $295.9 million on September 15 and 16, respectively.
The renewed interest in Bitcoin ETFs was also reflected in the fact that short positions dominated Bitcoin liquidations during the rally.
