Bitcoin Price Under Pressure as Investors Flee US Spot ETFs

Bitcoin's price is under pressure as investors pull out of US spot Bitcoin ETFs. In just two days, $602.2 million in capital fled from these funds. This includes $450.4 million on September 15 and $151.8 million the next day, according to Farside Investors.

The main concern is not just the money leaving, but also the expectations for interest rate cuts waning. The Federal Reserve's decision to keep rates at 3.75%-4% makes borrowing more expensive, affecting investors' decisions.

A fund manager can still believe in Bitcoin but reduce exposure due to increased borrowing costs or client demands for lower risk investments. Institutional participation is not a permanent commitment and can be downsized if needed.
