Bitcoin Rebounds to $77,400 Amid Short Liquidations
CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler Jr. notes that Bitcoin has rebounded to $77,400 over the past 24 hours. This price increase comes on the heels of a significant shift in market dynamics, with the Bitcoin Liquidation Pressure Oscillator spiking from +0.48 to +54.52. This indicator suggests that short liquidations are currently dominating the market.
The Aggressive Flow Order Pressure Oscillator has also risen from -1.88 to +0.86, indicating a temporary surge in buying pressure. However, this dominance is not yet confirmed, as the indicator remained positive for only about four hours.
If the indicator drops back below zero and long liquidations increase, prices may face renewed downward pressure. This cautionary note highlights the volatility of the market and the importance of closely monitoring these indicators.
