Bitcoin Reclaims $85K, Solana Soars Amid Smaller Token Surge
Bitcoin reclaimed the $85,000 mark as major cryptocurrencies posted moderate gains over the last 24 hours. According to CoinGecko data, Bitcoin (BTC) surged 3.4% to reach a price of $85,984.63, with a market capitalization of approximately $1.73 trillion.
Solana (SOL) led the charge among large-cap cryptocurrencies, increasing by 3.8% to $121.96. The token recorded a trading volume of $4.01 billion and a market capitalization of $71.75 billion.
Other notable gainers included Ethereum (ETH), which rose 1.7% to $2,715.42, and XRP, which increased by 2.0% to $1.51. BNB added 1.6% to reach $776.37, while Dogecoin rose 1.1% to $0.09571.
However, not all cryptocurrencies fared well during this period. TRON declined 1.0% to $0.3341, and Zcash dropped 2.3% to $1,376.28.
