Bitcoin Recovery Hinges on Break Above Key Resistance Zone
Bitcoin has stabilized after its sharp decline from the mid-$80K region, but its recovery is still uncertain. On the daily chart, BTC is trading around $65K, having bounced from the $60K demand area. The market remains below both the 100-day moving average near $69K and the 200-day moving average around $72K, indicating a broader downtrend.
The first major resistance sits at $67K, where price is currently testing a previously established supply zone. A successful breakout above this region could expose the next resistance cluster around $72K to $74K. However, the RSI has yet to enter strong bullish territory, suggesting buyers still need additional confirmation before establishing sustained upside momentum.
The 4-hour chart presents a more worrying picture, as Bitcoin has broken below the lower trendline of an ascending structure and is retesting it. This breakout has shifted near-term momentum in favor of sellers, with the market consolidating inside the $65K to $66K resistance zone.
