Bitcoin Resists Profit-Taking as Buying Demand Remains Strong

Bitcoin's price is holding firm despite profit-taking in the market, thanks to strong buying demand. According to Glassnode, an on-chain analytics firm, a sustained move above 1 in Entity-Adjusted SOPR (Spent Output Profit Ratio) is a hallmark of a bull market. This indicator shows that Bitcoin is being transacted at a profit.

When SOPR falls below 1, it could be seen as a sign that current buying demand is weakening. Glassnode noted that if SOPR falls back below 1, it could indicate a decline in buying power.

The current market situation suggests that Bitcoin's price is not falling immediately due to profit-taking, indicating strong buying demand. This resilience may signal a continued bull trend in the market.
