Bitcoin Seeks Q3 Best Performance Since 2017 Amid Resistance Pressure
Bitcoin is closing out its third quarter with its highest weekly close since late January at $84,450. However, this bullish trend may be short-lived as the cryptocurrency faces pressure from new resistance levels.
The BTC/USD pair dropped to one-week lows of $82,557 after liquidity shifts on exchange order books led to a decrease in spot price.
Analysts are warning that Bitcoin must defend the $82,500 level to repeat its 2022 bear-market recovery pattern. If it fails to do so, there is a chance Bitcoin reverts back into the $60k-$80k range and retraces within it.
