Bitcoin Sellers Defend Key Swing Area Amid Ongoing Rally
Bitcoin's recent rally hit a snag as sellers pushed back against the key swing area at $87,334. Buyers had attempted to break through this level, but their efforts were unsuccessful.
The four-hour chart shows Bitcoin trading near $84,241, below the upper swing area between $85,578 and $87,334, but still above the 38.2% retracement at $83,916.
This area has proven to be a significant hurdle for buyers, with sellers successfully defending it on several previous tests. To reclaim the rally's momentum, buyers would need to break through the upper boundary of this swing area and hold above $87,334.
If they can achieve this, the next upside targets are $90,554 and $92,003, which represent marked resistance levels and the 50% midpoint of the decline from the October 2025 high to the June 2026 low.
