Bitcoin Sentiment Shifts Amid Clarity Act Push
Bitcoin's recent price surge has led macroeconomist Lyn Alden to suggest that the asset may attract more buyers as sentiment improves.
Alden, who spoke with CNBC, notes that 'fast money' has been washed out of the market and that observers do not expect further selling from Bitcoin's treasury strategy.
According to Alden, by most metrics, Bitcoin is at the low end of its valuation and sentiment range. Even small upside gains can attract new buyers, including technical traders who will return when they see a positive chart trend.
This comes as President Trump met with crypto executives at the White House and urged lawmakers to pass the Clarity Act, a long-awaited piece of legislation that would clarify regulatory guidelines for the industry.
