Bitcoin Soars Past $85K as Bulls Intervene After Volatility
Bitcoin's price has surpassed $85,000 on Sunday morning after experiencing volatility on Friday following the release of the US jobs report. The report was weaker than expected, causing a surge in Bitcoin's value before it crashed almost immediately to under $84,000.
The bulls intervened at this point and helped Bitcoin recover to $84,000 on Saturday, which has now increased slightly to over $85,000 as of Sunday morning.
Ethereum has also seen a minor increase from yesterday, returning to $2,700. Other larger-cap alts are mostly in the green, with most seeing an increase of 1-2%.
