Bitcoin Soars to New Heights as Macro Moves and Regulatory Clarity Boost Price
Bitcoin's price surged over 25% in the past week, reaching as high as $79,954 and briefly flirting with $80,000. The surge was driven by macroeconomic moves, including a plan from the Treasury Department to double long-dated bond buybacks.
The move also came on the back of positive regulatory signals after a White House meeting between President Donald Trump and crypto executives.
U.S. investors showed increased interest in Bitcoin ETFs, pouring $1.9 billion into the funds managed by companies such as BlackRock, Fidelity, Grayscale, and Morgan Stanley.
