Bitcoin Spot ETFs Log Largest Daily Outflow Since July
Bitcoin spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) experienced their largest daily outflow in nearly two months, according to data from SoSoValue. On Thursday, these funds recorded $282.6 million in net outflows, exceeding the July 13 outflow of $424.7 million and marking a significant reversal of the $3.8 billion in net inflows seen during their strongest three-week stretch this year.
The ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF (ARKB) led the way with $164 million in outflows, followed by Grayscale's Bitcoin Trust ETF (GBTC) at $36 million and Fidelity's FBTC at $33.6 million. This selling spree has resulted in a three-day net outflow of $449 million.
Total net assets across these funds currently stand at $97.5 billion. The cumulative net inflows for the year are still significant, standing at $55.17 billion.
