Bitcoin Spot ETFs See Massive Inflows Ahead of Clarity Act Vote
Bitcoin spot ETFs saw significant inflows in recent days, with net inflows totaling $244.4 million on Wednesday alone and around $626 million over the past three days. This indicates increased demand for Bitcoin exposure through these funds.
The outlook for BTCUSD is tied to the passage of the CLARITY Act, according to Kevin O'Leary. The Senate has approximately 48 hours to advance the bill, and a cloture motion has not yet been filed. If passed, the Act would split crypto oversight between the CFTC and SEC.
Large holders, excluding exchanges and miners, hold around 3.06 million BTC as the price of BTCUSD trades near $64,700, up 1.5% from last week's levels. This accumulation is occurring within a range-bound price environment.
