Bitcoin Spot ETFs Suffer $463 Million Net Outflow
The streak of net inflows into Bitcoin spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) has come to an end, according to data from SoSoValue. The sector experienced a net outflow of $463 million last week, from September 7 to September 11. This marks the first time in three weeks that investors have withdrawn funds from these products.
The largest net outflow occurred at the ARKB ETF, managed by Ark and 21Shares, with a weekly loss of $234 million. This is significant given that its total historical net inflow currently stands at $1.22 billion. The Grayscale Bitcoin Trust GBTC followed closely behind, with a weekly net outflow of $129 million. Its cumulative historical net outflow has reached $27.78 billion.
On the other hand, Morgan Stanley's MSBT ETF experienced a net inflow of $19.645 million last week. This brings its total historical net inflow to $529 million. The total net asset value of Bitcoin spot ETFs now stands at $97.58 billion, with an ETF net asset ratio (market value as a percentage of Bitcoin's total market value) of 6.28%. Cumulative historical net inflows have reached $55.15 billion.
