Bitcoin Spot Volume Rises, But Remains Below Pre-High Levels
Bitcoin's spot trading volume has shown a slight increase on major exchanges Binance, Bybit, and Kraken since July lows. Binance's September spot volume exceeded $50 billion, while Bybit's volume climbed to $19 billion and Kraken's rose to $8 billion. These figures represent a slight recovery from the lows seen in July, when spot volume plummeted to its lowest level since the last bear market.
The July low in spot volume reflected the weakest market interest in Bitcoin in nearly three years. However, the recent increase in trading volume has not yet shown a clear recovery. A further rise in spot trading, particularly from new demand, is needed for Bitcoin to challenge a new high.
