Bitcoin (BTC) has managed to hold its ground around $76,000 after the Federal Reserve raised interest rates by 25 basis points and signaled another increase could come this year.

The Fed's decision was seen as hawkish, but BTC had already been under pressure from the Senate's rejection of the CLARITY Act on September 15, which removed a major source of regulatory optimism for the market.

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs experienced heavy outflows, with $450.4 million leaving the funds on September 15, but BTC has not extended its decline sharply, suggesting sellers have already forced substantial risk reduction before the Fed decision.
