Bitcoin Stuck at $82K Wall After Wild $7,000 Comeback
Bitcoin's price has been stuck at an $82K wall after a wild $7,000 comeback on September 18-19. The cryptocurrency is currently trading around $80,438 to $80,443 and down roughly 1% over the past 24 hours.
The daily chart shows that Bitcoin remains above nearly every major moving average tracked on the daily tape, but the 1-hour and 4-hour structures tell a more cautious story after repeated failures to hold the $81,900 to $82,300 neighborhood. The short-term momentum has cooled off, with the HMA and MACD remaining negative.
However, the broader structure remains bullish, with 13 of 15 moving averages positive and price holding above every listed EMA and SMA. Reclaiming $81,075 followed by a break through $81,914-$82,833 would strengthen the rebound and put the bulls firmly back in the driver's seat.
