Bitcoin Stuck Near $83,000 as Strong ETF Inflows Meet Rising Yields
Bitcoin has been stuck near $83,000 for several days as strong US spot Bitcoin ETF inflows have helped absorb selling. Rising Treasury yields and high oil prices are limiting buying at higher levels.
The $2.4 billion in net inflows into US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) during the five trading sessions through September 25 is their strongest weekly intake since October 2025.
This institutional demand has coincided with Bitcoin holding above the low $80,000s despite pressure across risk assets.
However, the support has yet to produce a sustained move back towards last week's highs as bond yields and energy prices remain elevated. The US 10-year Treasury yield climbed to roughly 5.27% on September 29, its highest level in around 19 years.
