Bitcoin Surges Above $86K as Institutional Demand Continues
Bitcoin's price has surged to over $86,000 after gaining more than 6% this week, marking its strongest rally since mid-August. Strong institutional demand is driving the bull run, with spot Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) recording over $714 million in inflows on Tuesday. This influx of capital follows nearly $1 billion in positive flows the previous day.
According to reports, Bitcoin has outperformed the S&P 500 and Gold since mid-August, indicating growing investor interest in crypto over traditional assets. This divergence suggests that Bitcoin is increasingly responding to crypto-specific catalysts rather than simply following equity performance.
The Crypto King's technical outlook remains bullish, with its price firmly above key Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs). The Relative Strength Index (14) indicates overbought conditions, but the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) remains positive, hinting at robust upside momentum.
