Bitcoin Surges Past $65K Amid US Equity Rebound
Bitcoin (BTC) surged past $65,000 on Tuesday, marking its highest level since mid-August as US equities rebounded from a dip. This move coincided with reduced geopolitical concerns surrounding the Strait of Hormuz after statements from President Trump.
The VanEck analysts' 'Bitcoin Capitulation Check' framework shows 8 out of 12 indicators currently signaling capitulation conditions, indicating that Bitcoin is 'nearing or currently in an accumulation phase'. According to their assessment, this pattern suggests a possible shift towards a bullish trend.
Aksel Kibar identified $76,000 as a key resistance level if the current momentum continues. Meanwhile, spot Bitcoin ETFs in the US recorded approximately $300 million in net inflows on Monday, marking the strongest performance since early May.
