Bitcoin Surges Past $75K as Analyst Declares Bull Market Has Begun
Bitcoin's price has surged past $75,000 for the first time since late May, marking an impressive gain of over 18% in less than two days. This rally comes after a period of stagnation, where the primary cryptocurrency struggled to break through the $65,000 barrier. The sudden surge is attributed to various factors, including the US Treasury Department's decision to double the maximum size of liquidity-support buybacks for longer-dated government debt and Trump's push for the CLARITY Act approval.
Ali Martinez, a popular analyst, has weighed in on the situation, stating that BTC 'has no resistance' after building strong support between $62,000 and $63,000. If it manages to break $75,733, the next major supply cluster appears all the way up at $83,300.
Other analysts have also made predictions about BTC's future price targets. Anthony Scaramucci and Standard Chartered both expect the asset to reach $100,000, although their timeframes differ. Additionally, Crypto Patel highlighted a historical pattern for BTC that could potentially lead to a 1,000% surge.
Meanwhile, numerous altcoins have recorded impressive gains, with ETH rocketing from $1,900 to almost $2,400 and XRP successfully defending the $1.00 support.
