Bitcoin Surges Past $79,000 as CryptoQuant Analysts Predict New Bull Cycle
The cryptocurrency market has been experiencing significant volatility in recent days, with Bitcoin seeing a notable rise. According to CryptoQuant analysts, this may indicate the start of a new bull cycle for both Bitcoin and altcoins.
CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost noted that Bitcoin's bull-bear market indicator has entered an early bull phase, suggesting that the bull market is still in its early stages. However, the analyst cautioned against relying solely on this indicator as a buy or sell signal.
The same analyst also observed that Bitcoin has emerged from a period of selling pressure and regained its average purchase price range of $67,000 to $69,000 for short-term investors. This movement is considered the first significant change in market trend since May.
Regarding altcoins, Darkfost stated that there are signals indicating an early 'altcoin season.' The analyst noted a surge in investment flowing into the altcoin market between August 19-22, reaching $1 trillion in total market capitalization. Technical indicators also point to a shift in the market.
