Bitcoin Surges Past $85,000 as Cryptocurrency Market Sees Sharp Rise

The cryptocurrency market has experienced a significant surge in recent hours, with most major assets recording substantial price increases.

Bitcoin led the pack, rising by 4.84% to $85,412.18 on CoinMarketCap over the past 24 hours, while Ethereum increased by 2.45% to $2,731.48 and BNB rose by 1.64% to $789.36.

Other notable gains were seen in Bittensor, which surged by a whopping 17.80% to $315.14, and Bitcoin Cash, which gained 4.07% to reach $265.17.

However, not all assets fared as well, with Zcash declining by 3.51% to $1,461.28 and Monero falling by 0.67% to $574.26.
