Bitcoin Surges Toward $100,000 as Analysts Predict Price Target
Bitcoin's recent price surge has some analysts predicting it could reach $100,000. The cryptocurrency rose by 35% in under two months from $62,938 to $85,265, according to Google data.
Trading expert Ali Martinez believes that the current momentum could lead Bitcoin to reclaim the psychologically significant $100,000 level. He points out that the coin is holding steady above the $84,569 support and has little resistance before hitting $104,765.
Martinez notes that large investors are accumulating more cryptocurrency rather than taking profits, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are also actively buying Bitcoin. On September 21, there were 2,722 transactions worth over $1 million, and within 72 hours, ETFs accumulated $1.6 billion worth of BTC.
The Market Value to Realized Value (MVRV) pricing bands suggest that Bitcoin has little resistance before crossing above $100,000. However, Martinez did not provide an exact timeline for the predicted rally, saying only that it remains 'in focus' as long as demand stays strong.
