Bitcoin Tops $80,000 as Traders Eye Fed Speech
Bitcoin's price has reached an all-time high of $80,000, but traders remain cautious ahead of Federal Reserve Chair Warsh's speech at Jackson Hole on Friday.
The recent surge in Bitcoin's price comes as Ethereum and XRP have gained between 3% and 6% in the past day.
According to Coinglass data, 90,734 traders were liquidated in the past 24 hours for $421.26 million, while SoSoValue shows net inflows of $232.1 million from spot Bitcoin ETFs on Wednesday and $192.4 million in spot Ethereum ETFs.
Solana has surged 5% after Charles Schwab added SOL, AVAX, and LINK to its crypto platform, while VeChain, Official Trump, and Ethena have also seen notable gains.
