CIMG Inc., a firm managing Bitcoin holdings on behalf of its clients, has revealed an alarming cash crunch. According to its latest quarterly filing, the company needs to raise capital immediately due to a $7.38 million working-capital deficit.

The situation is dire: CIMG holds 1,145.4 Bitcoin worth approximately $67.19 million at the end of June 2026, but it has only $5,397 in cash and $1.87 million in current assets against $9.25 million in current liabilities.

CIMG warns that its Bitcoin reserve is volatile and does not represent assured financing. To mitigate the crisis, the company might monetize its Bitcoin holdings to raise funds, but this approach comes with significant risks.
