Bitcoin Treasury Corporation has provided an update on its Normal Course Issuer Bid (NCIB), which was announced in January 2026. The company purchased and retired 12,200 common shares from July 1 to July 31, 2026, at an average price of $3.19 per share.

The purchases represent another month of Bitcoin per Share (BPS) growth, with BPS increasing by 0.90% year-to-date to 0.00006402. As of July 31, 2026, the company had 9,526,480 common shares outstanding and 11,609,813 diluted common shares outstanding.

Bitcoin Treasury's NCIB allows for the repurchase of up to 989,228 common shares, representing approximately 10% of the company's public float. The company expects to use the NCIB when management believes the common shares are trading at a price range that does not adequately reflect the company's value.
