Bitcoin Tumbles Below $76,500 as Iran Conflict Escalates
Bitcoin's price dropped below $76,500 after U.S. strikes on Iranian targets weighed heavily on risk assets.
The conflict pushed Brent crude past $93 a barrel and West Texas Intermediate approached $90.
BTC's 24-hour long-short taker volume ratio flipped bearish, with shorts accounting for 51.5% of the flow.
Despite the price decline, futures open interest in BTC remained unchanged at around 700,000 units.
