Bitcoin Wallets Dormant Since 2014 Move $94 Million

A significant movement of Bitcoin occurred on August 19-20, when 28 long-inactive wallets transferred a combined 1,314.41 BTC worth approximately $94.03 million.

The majority of these transactions originated from wallets created in 2014, accounting for 92.4% of the total and valued at about $86 million.

Much of this activity appeared as matching amounts, with 21 transfers each carrying 50 BTC from addresses created in November or December 2014.
