Bitcoin's Bearish Seasonal Patterns Clash with On-Chain Data
Bitcoin is currently trading near $64,000, roughly 49% below its October 2025 record of $126,000.
Analyst CryptoCon has mapped the closing months of the 2014, 2018, and 2022 bear markets against the current cycle, projecting a decline to $46,000 by early 2027.
This target aligns with earlier research pointing to a bottom between $44,000 and $47,000 by October, as well as Benjamin Cowen's recent memo reaching a similar zone near $44,000.
However, on-chain metrics already sit at levels that marked previous generational lows, suggesting a potential clash between seasonal history and holder behavior in the next six months.
