Bitcoin's Price Rally Faces Crucial Resistance Test
Bitcoin has been on an impressive rally, rebounding sharply from its latest pullback and pushing against the upper boundary of its consolidation. The current price of around $81.5K is testing a major resistance zone that has repeatedly capped upside attempts.
The daily chart shows Bitcoin consolidating after its powerful August breakout, with the latest recovery being particularly strong. Buyers have quickly pushed the price back toward the $80.5K-$82.5K resistance zone, which remains the main obstacle preventing another bullish leg.
Momentum has also improved, with the daily RSI rebounding above the neutral 50 area and approaching the mid-60s. This reflects renewed buying momentum without yet reaching overbought territory.
A sustained daily breakout above the $82.5K resistance area would be an important structural development and could pave the way toward the next major supply zone around $86K-$90K. Conversely, another rejection could keep Bitcoin range-bound, with $75K and the broader $72.5K-$75K region remaining the primary support area.
