Bitcoin's Price Under Pressure: Can BTC Hold Its Key Support?
Bitcoin's price is facing renewed selling pressure after struggling to break above $65,000. The current price of BTC is around $64,200, and analysts point to several indicators suggesting weakening demand and rising supply.
One key factor is the concentration of supply near the $61,000-$64,000 range, which could create overhead selling pressure. Additionally, exchange balances have climbed to 2.737 million BTC, increasing the potential supply available for sale.
The miner reserves are declining, with holdings falling toward 1.916 million BTC. Strategy's BTC holdings have also decreased from roughly 844K to 840K BTC, adding to the broader supply pressure. Furthermore, Bitcoin ETF flows have turned negative, signaling weaker institutional demand.
The Coinbase Premium remains below zero, suggesting weaker buying interest from U.S. investors. These indicators collectively point to both increasing potential supply and weakening demand, making the current price structure particularly important to watch.
