Bitcoin's Unified Sentiment Index Hits Two-Year High Amid Price Rally

Investor sentiment in Bitcoin has reached its most bullish level in over two years. According to an analysis, the Unified Sentiment Index for BTC recently climbed above 89, entering the 'extreme greed' zone. This surge in optimism is attributed to Bitcoin's recent price increase from around $60,000 to near $80,000.

The index aggregates various measures of market sentiment, including the Fear and Greed Index, on a scale ranging from -100 to 100. The higher reading indicates stronger investor optimism.

Darkfost, a CryptoQuant contributor, noted that excessively positive or negative sentiment often signals a turning point in the market. He observed that investor sentiment is returning to normal after a brief bout of overheating, and Bitcoin appears to be holding its current price range.
