Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget, believes that Bitcoin's price will remain around its current levels by the end of the year. Speaking on Cointelegraph's Trade Secrets podcast, Chen cited interest rates and broader macroeconomic conditions as key factors shaping the cryptocurrency's outlook.

'If any of that happens, the price should go down, at least theoretically,' Chen said, adding that $BTC has become increasingly integrated with traditional finance and sensitive to broader macroeconomic conditions.

Chen also expressed skepticism about the US government actively purchasing Bitcoin for its national reserve. She noted that while a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve was established in March 2025, using $BTC already forfeited to the federal government, an actual purchase would require significant policy debate among lawmakers and political parties.
