Bitget Expands Open API to Global CFD Markets with Multi-Asset Trading Capabilities
Bitget, the world's largest Universal Exchange (UEX), has expanded its Open API infrastructure to support Contracts for Difference (CFDs) across global markets. This move will give quantitative, algorithmic, and API traders programmatic access to assets such as gold, forex, stock indices, and crude oil in addition to cryptocurrencies.
The expansion aims to address a practical challenge faced by multi-asset traders who often rely on separate systems, data flows, and execution workflows for their strategies across crypto and traditional markets. Existing Bitget API users can now extend their strategy frameworks into CFD markets without building a new connection for those assets.
Through the CFD Open API, users will be able to automate order execution, access account and real-time market data, transfer funds, and manage trading parameters including take-profit and stop-loss settings. This enables API users to manage programmatic strategies across crypto and CFD markets through Bitget's broader trading infrastructure.
