Blockchain investigator ZachXBT has made some alarming claims regarding the movement of funds from the recent Bitget hack. The $387.5 million heist, which occurred earlier this year, saw hackers siphon off a massive sum from the cryptocurrency exchange's wallet.

ZachXBT alleges that the stolen funds are being laundered through cross-chain bridges and mixing services such as Wasabi. He believes Chinese illicit actors are involved in this process on behalf of suspected North Korean attackers.

The investigator also linked an operator known as 'Alias 4' to a previous hack involving KelpDAO, which resulted in the loss of $292 million. ZachXBT claims that similar patterns have emerged in other attacks attributed to TraderTraitor and plans to release more data in the coming weeks.
